  1. If the student has decided not to continue the study, he can receive a refund, 10% will be detection from the total fee. This should be done before the initial notification period as per the academic calendar.
  2. If the student is ineligible for admission and applies for a refund within one year fee deposit date, he/she will receive refund of 15% of the total fee.
  3. Applicants who have overpaid their fees will get a full refund of the excess amount.
  4. Fees for various services like degree fees, reappear exams fees, change of name/father name, examiner registration fees, tutor registration fee, workshop center change, late assignment evaluation fee, analysis fees, rechecking of answer scripts fee, NOC fee, subject/group change fee, tender fee, and others will not be eligible for refunds.
